What is the price range of your gowns?

Our gowns range from $2,500 to $8,000 CAD. Please visit our designer page for more details. Our couture designers use the finest fabrics and craftsmanship to create the dress of your dreams.

What sample sizes do you carry?

We made a conscious decision to provide a selection that is as inclusive as possible. Our sample gowns range from European bridal sizes 40 – 46. If the sample is not the perfect fit, our consultants are experienced in professional fitting techniques to help you envision the gown in your size.

Does Toujours Bridal rent wedding dresses?

Unfortunately, we do not rent out wedding dresses. All our samples are made-to-order and are used as a guide to determine sizing. To get the perfect fit, further alterations are generally required.

Do I need to book an appointment?

To ensure that you are provided with the best experience and attention that you deserve, we highly encourage scheduling an appointment in advance. Walk-ins are always welcome; however, scheduled appointments will take precedence.

What is the duration of my appointment?

Bridal appointments are generally 90 minutes in length, unless requested otherwise. Evening wear and accessory appointments are 60 minutes in length. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as you know. We will do our best to accommodate you but must keep our commitments to our other brides – we would not want to rush your experience or that of any bride.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We suggest you wear or bring nude undergarments. You may also consider bringing a pair of heels and any special accessories of your choosing to complete your look. However, we do have a beautiful selection of accessories in the boutique.

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

Our exclusive private bridal suites can accommodate 4-6 guests comfortably. If you are expecting to arrive with a larger group than this, please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to ensure you and your group are as comfortable as possible.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We totally understand that things come up! Since appointment availability is limited, we ask that you give us at least a 24 hours cancellation notice so that we can offer your appointment time to brides that are on the waitlist.

How long does it take to receive my gown?

Most of our gowns are made-to-order with a standard delivery time of four to six months. Depending on the designer, rush orders may be accommodated at an additional fee. We can discuss this during your initial visit.

What is your return policy?

As our gowns are made-to-order, all sales are final. We will not be able to accept any exchanges or refunds once you have purchased your dress and/or accessories.

Do you offer in-house alterations?

We have an elite team of in-house seamstresses that specialize in couture bridal alterations. Please note that dress alterations are a separate cost which is determined by the seamstress in correlation to the amount of work required.

Where is the boutique located?

We are located in a shopping centre on Disera Drive across the street from Promenade Mall. If you are driving on Disera Drive, you must drive into the shopping centre. The entrance of our boutique is facing the Walmart department store. There is complimentary parking in front of our boutique.
